本机床主拖动采用开关磁阻调速系统（SRD）或伺服系统，工作台往复运动可以实现无级调速，其宽大的调速范围可满足刨、铣、磨的各种速度要求。刀架进给运动有独立进给箱，使进刀更均匀，可以加工各种材质的平面、斜面、T型槽、组合导轨和齿条等。

1、多头蜗杆拖动高精度齿条，工作台运动更平稳。

2、独立的工作台润滑系统，使工作台在各种速度下都能得到充分润滑。

3、床身、立柱等关键件的回火、震动时效、超音频淬火等热处理工艺，使机床精度更稳定、使用寿命更长。

4、机床床身、立柱、横梁和工作台根据重型机床参数设计，材料采用HT250以上铸铁铸造，使机床具有更好的稳定性和精度保持性。

4.Machine body/column/beam/table are designed according to the parameters of heavy-duty machines, and the material is cast iron (≥HT250),so the machine is with better stability & accuracy retentivity.
